Welcome to Musically Unhinged! Below, you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your musical merch will arrive.
Processing Time
Every item is made to order — no warehouses, just freshly printed shirts. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If there's a significant delay, we'll email you and post an update on our homepage.
Rush Processing
Rush processing, when available, moves your order to the front of the line and ships it within 1 business day. If we're too busy to keep that promise, the option is hidden at checkout. Rush processing speeds up our production time only — it does not change carrier transit time. Pair it with a shipping upgrade at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. No surprises — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S. (standard shipping, contiguous 48 states).
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
- U.S. Expedited: 1–3 business days (where available)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Processing time + shipping time = your estimated delivery date. You'll see this estimate at checkout.
Shipping Upgrades
If faster shipping options are available in your region, you'll see them at checkout. Select the method that best fits your timeline and we'll handle the rest.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Some orders may ship in multiple packages — you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft in transit. If something goes wrong, email info@musicallyunhinged.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll handle the claim and reship if needed.
Potential Delays
While we wish we could hand-deliver every package with a bow (pun intended), sometimes delays happen due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues. Once your package leaves our hands, the carrier sets the tempo. We'll do our part to keep your order moving and notify you of any known issues that may affect delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll correct it. Once shipped, we can't redirect the package, and we're unable to refund or resend orders sent to an incorrect address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, and duties. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. If you have questions about potential charges, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
