Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Eligibility
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted on non-custom items.
- Contact us at team@musicallyunhinged.com within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Custom or personalised items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has started and cancellation is not possible.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Wrong Address
- If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to correct the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect, refund, or resend orders sent to an incorrect address.

Returned to Sender
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may pay to have it reshipped, or receive a refund minus a 50% restocking fee and original shipping cost.
